It is a great pleasure to inform you that, as a result of the dynamic development of Passage Cosmetics Laboratory Paweł Gwardys, we have decided to change the legal form of our business activity. The change took place on 1^st January 2019 by transfer of an organized part of Passage Cosmetics Laboratory Paweł Gwardys as a contribution in kind into a newly created commercial law company PASSAGE COSMETICS LABORATORY S.A. (a joint-stock company). This change will not affect the scope or conditions of our existing cooperation in any way.
